- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible experience. This is my first pregnancy and they made it less comfortable for me. The staff never picks up the phone, Dr.Russo seems to always rush through the visits and never seems sincere when asked questions regarding my pregnancy. It seems that they just want your money and to them your pregnancy is just another one. I wanted my first pregnancy to feel special and exciting. They just make it stressful. Even when I try to transfer to a new OBGYN they say it takes 3-5 days but it's already been 3 weeks! Now I have to postpone a visit just because I have to wait on them to take their precious time to transfer my records.January 02, 2017by Camilia Martinez
